Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the face of the service department. You will greet guests, collect vehicle information, present services, and build rapport to promote customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, phone and computer skills, and likely prior automotive Service Advisor experience. A valid driver's license and ability to pass screening are required.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must have great customer service and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on the care and value of maintaining their vehicles.
• Generate and provide customers with complete repair estimates.
• Establish and communicate completion times with customers and technicians.
• Answer service calls and schedule service appointments.
• Follow warranty guidelines and policies and ensure CSI goals.
