Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about vehicles online via phone and email.
• Take customers through the initial buying process through final sale.
• Build rapport to develop a referral network.
• Answer internet leads promptly and provide pricing information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; follow up after sales for repeat business.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds with customers.
