Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, located in Burlington, MA, seeks a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the face of the dealership's service department. The role emphasizes building rapport, presenting maintenance options, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, generate repair estimates, schedule service, and uphold CSI goals while following manufacturer guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on the care and value of maintaining their vehicles per manufacturers’ specifications.
• Generate and provide customers with a complete and accurate repair estimate.
• Establish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technician.
• Maintain and schedule service appointments.
• Follow procedures for customer post follow-up and retention.
