Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Palm Harbor Honda in Palm Harbor, FL. You will greet customers, present and sell maintenance services, and provide accurate repair estimates while following manufacturer schedules to ensure vehicle performance and safety.

We emphasize exceptional guest experiences and CSI, requiring the ability to schedule service appointments, manage follow-ups, and communicate clearly with customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug test.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer and explain service options.
• Advise customers on the care and maintenance of their vehicles per manufacturer specifications.
