Volkswagen Danbury is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences in Danbury, CT. You will greet customers, document repairs, explain estimates, and coordinate service flow.

You will manage repair orders, communicate timelines, support warranty processes, and work with technicians and parts staff to maximize productivity. Prior dealership experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Preferred Experience with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds Volkswagen dealership experience.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and service sales success.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair and maintenance needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service process. Clearly explain repair recommendations, timelines, and costs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery; coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts personnel.
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely customer updates; help maximize technician productivity and shop efficiency.
• Assist with warranty administration and repair documentation.
• Build strong working relationships with technicians, parts personnel, and management; support dealership goals for customer satisfaction and profitability.
