Responsibilities

• Manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery; coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts personnel.
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates; assist with warranty administration and repair documentation.
• Build strong relationships with technicians, parts personnel, and management to support customer satisfaction and dealership goals.
