Job summary

Greeley Volkswagen in Colorado seeks a Service Advisor to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline repair processes. You will coordinate appointments, relay repair details to customers, and collaborate with technicians and parts staff to deliver accurate estimates and timely updates.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proven customer-service record, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Dealertrack or Xtime DMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with ability to adapt to a busy service floor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Computer literate with basic software proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments based on shop capacity.
• Write purchase orders for internal repair orders and sublets.
• Provide a clear path to repair and explain processes to customers.
• Communicate with technicians and parts department daily and update customers.
• Submit extended warranty claims with proper documentation.
• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Report symptoms, determine maintenance needs based on age/mileage/history.
• Prepare cost estimates for labor and parts; share MPI/video with customer.
• Establish follow-up times and monitor progress.
• Verify final invoice matches work performed and explain charges.
• Escort customers to their vehicle and ensure a positive service experience.
