• Previous sales, retail, and/or customer service experience.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize without constant supervision.

• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Comfortable explaining options and making service recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss vehicle concerns
• Accurately document concerns and prepare repair orders
• Review technician inspections, estimates, and repair timelines
• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly
• Help customers understand options and make informed decisions
• Obtain authorization before additional work is performed
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and service management
• Follow up with customers and help resolve concerns
• Maintain accurate records and close repair orders promptly
• Manage multiple customers, repair orders, calls, texts, and deadlines
