Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive role.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to outstanding care.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their service and repair needs.
• Review technician findings with customers and obtain authorization for recommended repairs.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service.
