Job summary

Evergreen Subaru seeks a friendly, knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our growing service department in Auburn, ME. You will guide customers on vehicle care, answer phones, check in cars, and write Repair Orders while building loyal, long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have automotive service advising experience, a valid driver's license, and solid computer skills; weekend availability is expected as part of our full-time team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• A valid, clean driver's license is required.
• Ability to use a computer is necessary.
• Saturday availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to decide on the best course of action for vehicle care.
• Answer phones and assist customers in the service drive.
• Check in vehicles and write Repair Orders.
• Help create loyal customers through attentive service and communication.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, parts, and technicians to ensure satisfaction.

The Service Advisor at Evergreen Subaru works with customers to decide on the best course of action for caring for their vehicle. In addition, this person is responsible for answering phones, working with customers in the service drive, checking in vehicles, writing Repair Orders, and working daily to help create loyal customers (both internal and external)!

The Service Advisor works closely with the the Service Manager, the parts department, and our team of technicians in a way that enhances customer satisfaction, long-term customer loyalty, and referrals. Prior experience is required, as well as a demonstrated ability to translate automotive repair into understandable terms. We have a philosophy of honest and open communications - both with customers and staff. Simply put, we seek to deliver a truly exceptional automotive purchase and ownership experience.
