Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
• Must have strong customer communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Authorized to work in the USA and pass background/MVR/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to each customer and articulate repair needs to techs.
• Present recommended services with low pressure and integrity.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs.
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress.
• Sell and manage extended warranties.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
