Qualifications

• Experience with service-advisor role preferred.
• Strong customer communication both in-person and on the phone.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customer repair needs and articulate to technicians.
• Present recommended services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
• Follow dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operation.
• Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed of progress.
• Sell and manage extended warranties.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure completion.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Explain repairs and associated costs to customers.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain CSI scores.
