• Strong technical and customer service performance record.

Aufgaben

• Schedules service for customers and coordinates with technicians.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers when delivery is delayed.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages customer expectations.
• Ensures completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins).
• Maintains documentation to comply with regulations and standards.
