Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Crossville, TN. The role serves as the central liaison between customers and technicians, guiding service or repairs and setting expectations for delivery and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or GED, dealership experience, an unrestricted driver’s license, and strong customer service and communication skills to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone and diagnose problems.
• Follow up on repairs and manage customer expectations.
• Make repair recommendations and ensure timely delivery of repairs.
• Ensure all repairs pass quality control and/or a road test.
• Stay current on vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
