Job summary

Victory Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central liaison between customers and technicians in our Crossville, TN service department. You will listen to concerns, explain needed repairs, and manage expectations to deliver world-class service.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or GED, one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Professional appearance and work ethic

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers of delays; obtains authorization for revised estimates
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs with clear customer expectations
• Ensures all completed repairs pass quality control and road tests
• Keeps knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and service information up to date
