Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Jackson, TN is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. You will be the main liaison between customers and technicians, explaining needed repairs and setting expectations for service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, dealer or large facility experience, a valid driver's license, and a proven record of strong communication and customer service. Join a team focused on world‑class service with growth opportunities and a professional work

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
Valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
Follow up on repair status and inform customers if delays occur; obtain authorization for revised estimates.
Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs with clear customer expectations.
Ensure all completed repairs pass quality control and/or road test.
