Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central point of contact for service and repair activities, coordinating between customers and technicians. The role emphasizes listening to customer problems, arranging service, and setting expectations for delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, dealership or large facility experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good communication with customers and team.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Schedules service for customers, in person or by phone.
• Monitors repair status and informs customers of delays.
• Recommends repairs and manages expectations with customers.
• Ensures completed repairs pass quality checks and road tests.
• Keeps up-to-date with vehicle operation, warranties, and TSBs.
