Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner and collect essential vehicle data.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and obtain customer approval.
• Maintain CSI by delivering quality service and accurate repair orders.
• Follow up on repairs and communicate changes to customers.
• Deliver vehicles and explain care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
