Responsibilities

• Offers additional services when appropriate and obtains written approval.
• Coordinates with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time.
• Keeps accurate estimates, pricing, and charges; reviews repairs for accuracy.
• Reminds customers of upcoming service needs and appointments.
