Morrie's Auto Group is hiring at Morrie’s Bellevue Subaru in Bellevue, NE for a Full Time Service Advisor role. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, and coordinate repairs with the shop team.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, preparing estimates and timeframes, advising on maintenance per manufacturer specs, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the service manager while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; ability to listen to customers and gather vehicle information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced service environment.
• Familiarity with CDK is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to problems, and collect vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles and notify customers of needed work.
• Prepare estimates and timeframes for repairs.
• Advise on car care per manufacturer specifications.
• Handle customer inquiries and update progress on repair orders.
• Refer leads to sales and assist service manager when needed.
• Follow safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes and chemicals.
