Job summary

Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Bellevue, NE. You will serve as the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring timely, accurate maintenance and repair communication. The role requires greeting customers, documenting problems, and delivering clear repair estimates.

Compensation is commission-based with full-time hours; standard benefits are provided. Location is CDJR at 7713 S 19th Cir, Bellevue, NE. Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Greet customers promptly and document vehicle problems clearly on repair orders.
• Advise customers on car care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Inspect vehicles for body work and provide repair estimates.
• Check manufacturer site for recalls or warranty messages.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure timely, quality service.
• Write up customer vehicle problems clearly on repair orders and obtain approvals.
• Provide complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Track progress, adjust estimates if needed, and communicate changes to customers.
