You will build accurate repair orders, communicate timelines and estimates, and secure customer approvals before work begins.

Your day includes greeting guests, gathering vehicle details, reviewing inspections, and coordinating with the shop to meet promised times.

Formación

• A.A. degree or equivalent; or 6–12 months related experience/training.
• Strong communication, math, and problem-solving ability; comfort with written procedures and safety rules.
• Manufacturer training and a valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and document concerns for technicians.
• Review inspection results and explain recommended actions and costs.
• Provide complete written estimates for labor and parts.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated.
