Phil-Long Hyundai of Motor City in Colorado Springs is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor who connects guests with the service team, turning concerns into clear plans and keeping visits on track. You’ll build repair orders, communicate timelines and estimates, and secure approvals before work begins.

You’ll greet customers, gather vehicle details, review inspections, explain costs, provide written estimates, monitor progress, and keep everyone informed with concise handoffs and timely updates

Qualifications

• A.A. degree or equivalent; or 6–12 months related experience/training (or equivalent combination)
• Strong communication, math, and problem-solving ability; comfort with written procedures/safety rules
• Manufacturer training and a valid Driver’s License

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly, gather vehicle details, and document concerns clearly for technicians
• Review inspection results, recommend corrective actions, and explain completed work and charges
• Provide complete written estimates for labor/parts, set promised times, and coordinate with dispatch
• Monitor repair progress, update customers on changes, and resolve questions or complaints
