Qualifications

• 1–3+ years as Automotive Service Advisor/Writer (dealership or high-volume shop preferred).
• Strong understanding of automotive mechanics, factory maintenance schedules, and warranty processes.
• Experience with dealership management software and texting/update platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex repair issues clearly.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in the service drive and log repair orders.
• Provide proactive status updates via phone, text, or email.
• Give clear repair estimates and explain inspection results; obtain approvals for recommended maintenance.
• Liaise with technicians to track progress, manage parts availability, and ensure accurate promise times.
• Follow up with clients regarding warranty coverage, delays, and post-service satisfaction to maintain high CSI.
