Job summary

Ron Marhofer Auto Family in Ohio seeks a professional Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service department. You will write repair orders, provide estimates, coordinate with technicians, and deliver a seamless, courteous experience from check-in to delivery.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to upsell maintenance plans, and a track record of maintaining CSI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Automotive Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1-2+ years of dealership service advisor experience preferred.
• Experience upselling maintenance services and managing high-volume service drives.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle concerns.
• Write detailed repair orders and provide cost estimates.
• Review multi-point inspections and coordinate with technicians and parts.
• Provide proactive status updates to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote service specials and maintenance plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure seamless communication between customers and the service department.
• Drive customer service initiatives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Upsell maintenance services and manage high-volume service drives efficiently.
