Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a dealership position.
• General knowledge of mechanical vehicle operations.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and obtains customer and vehicle data.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts; establishes promised time.
• Monitors repair progress; contacts customers about changes and gets authorization for additional repairs.
• Maintains customer satisfaction at or above manufacturer/branch averages.
• Advises customers on vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
