Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advising or writing, preferably in a dealership or high-volume shop.
• Strong understanding of automotive maintenance, repairs, and warranty processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and log repair order details.
• Provide proactive status updates via phone, text, or email.
• Present repair estimates and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Coordinate with technicians to track progress and parts availability.
• Follow up with customers on warranty coverage and post-service satisfaction.
