Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather vehicle details at check-in.
• Walkaround vehicles, document conditions with notes and photos.
• Explain repairs and costs, present quotes, and sell recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians, store manager, and parts staff to manage timelines.
• Update customers on progress and manage expectations.
• Create and manage repair orders and invoices at pickup.
• Assist with warranty claims and service board updates.
