Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Good reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Determine the course of action and obtain customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for dollars and completion time.
• Communicate with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs or maintenance.
• Understand warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed and advise on prognosis.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones timely.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
