Job summary

Holman is seeking a Service Advisor for Audi Raleigh to act as the liaison between service technicians and parts, ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will greet customers, determine repair actions, estimate costs and times, and maintain clear communication on vehicle status.

A valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills are required. Demonstrated ability to work retail hours and proficiency with computers are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Strong reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.
• Computer proficient.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Provide outstanding guest experience.
• Determine the course of action and obtain customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates and completion times.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfactory repairs.
• Know warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed and advise prognosis of vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones promptly.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
