• Good reading, writing and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and efficiently.
• Serve as liaison between Service and Parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explain repairs and maintenance options to customers and obtain consent.
• Understand warranty and service/insurance policies.
