The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service or automotive, strong written and verbal skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a simple, professional way.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to vehicle concerns.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs.
• Explain repairs clearly and provide estimates and timelines.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and follow up after service.
• Schedule and manage service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Translate technical information into clear, easy-to-understand solutions and manage multiple repair orders.
