Job summary

Auburn Toyota Subaru is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, manage service orders, and help maintain a smooth drive lane experience. You will address inquiries professionally, both on the phone and in person, while upholding high satisfaction scores.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication, time management, and a proven service/sales track record. CDK experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by managing service orders and ensuring a smooth drive lane experience.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, both over the phone and in person while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Take ownership of the customer experience, going above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
• Assist in answering technical questions and communicate solutions and options to customers.
