Job summary

Stocker Subaru is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping customers maintain and repair their vehicles.

No automotive experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right customer-focused individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders.
Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and completion updates.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
Explain completed repairs and maintenance recommendations at vehicle pickup.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Assist with loaner vehicles, shuttle arrangements, and customer accommodations when needed.
