Stocker Subaru is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping customers maintain and repair their vehicles.

No automotive experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right customer-focused individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders.
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and completion updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
• Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
• Explain completed repairs and maintenance recommendations at vehicle pickup.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Assist with loaner vehicles, shuttle arrangements, and customer accommodations when needed.
