Job summary

Kendall Subaru of Eugene is seeking a Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. You will be the first contact for Kendall in our service departments, helping clients with repairs, maintenance, and scheduling, while coordinating with technicians and sales staff.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of service writing experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record, plus strong customer service, time management, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High level customer service experience preferred.
• Strong time management and work ethics.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and technicians.
• Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items for customers.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, technicians and sales staff to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify work was properly performed and diagnosed.
• Input and maintain customer information and schedule service appointments.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and chat throughout the day.
