Auto Services Unlimited in Riverdale, NJ is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for the KIA of Riverdale dealership. You will be the first point of contact for vehicle status, repairs, and diagnostics, owning the customer experience in the service lane.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Service Advisor/Writer experience and familiarity with NNAnet and DealerTrack, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Service Advisor/Writer experience.
• KIA Certified preferred.
• Proficient with NNAnet.
• DealerTrack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally answering service calls, and setting and confirming appointments.
• Accurately and thoroughly writing repair orders.
• Acting as a reliable, responsive liaison between the technician and customer.
• Patiently and thoroughly assisting our customers through the service process.
• Collaborating with team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure.
