Job summary

Auto Services Unlimited, Inc. seeks an Automotive Service Advisor who will own the customer experience in the service lane, serving as the first contact for vehicle status, repairs, and diagnostics.

You will write repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth service process from start to finish. Preferred candidates have 3–5 years as a Service Advisor/Writer, familiarity with NNAnet, DealerTrack, and XTime, and a proven track record of positive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Service Advisor/Writer experience
• KIA Certified preferred
• Proficient with NNAnet
• DealerTrack experience preferred
• XTime experience preferred
• A strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Good organization skills and a friendly personality
• Fantastic communication skills
• A professional personal appearance
• A team-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• The ability to work with little supervision
• A clean driving record

Responsibilities

Our Service Advisors take ownership of the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact as it relates to vehicle status, repairs, and diagnostics. Immediate opportunity for the right candidate looking to take their career to the next level.

• Expected Rate of Pay: $90-$130k for the right, driven person
