Responsibilities include inspections, test drives if needed, and providing detailed service recommendations. Experience with dealership management systems and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.

• Familiarity with automotive repair orders and service recommendations.
• Comfortable using dealership management systems and tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather vehicle information (VIN, make, model, year, mileage).
• Prepare repair orders and document vehicle problems clearly.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and, if needed, test drive for diagnostics.
• Provide clear service recommendations with urgency and importance.
• Prepare written labor and parts cost estimates; explain pricing to customers.
• Maintain communication with service dispatcher, technicians, and parts department.
