Auto Services Unlimited in Riverdale, NJ is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for the KIA of Riverdale dealership. You will be the first point of contact for vehicle status, repairs, and diagnostics, owning the customer experience in the service lane.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Service Advisor/Writer experience and familiarity with NNAnet and DealerTrack, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.

• KIA Certified preferred.
• Proficient with NNAnet.

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR:Our Service Advisors take ownership of the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact as it relates to vehicle status, repairs, and diagnostics. Immediate opportunity for the right candidate looking to take their career to the next level.

We are seeking a candidate who is well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service, and contribute to our team by:

• Promptly and professionally answering service calls, and setting and confirming appointments
• Accurately and thoroughly writing repair orders
• Acting as a reliable, responsive liaison between the technician and customer
• Patiently and thoroughly assisting our customers through the service process.

RATE OF PAY:

• Expected Rate of Pay: $90-$130k for the right, driven person
