The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, dealership experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to deliver world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong technical and customer service performance.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers in advance if delays occur.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs.
• Ensures completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
