Qualifications

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Writes Repair Orders and explains charges to customers.
• Performs vehicle walk around and documents customer concerns.
• Provides complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Checks progress of repairs and communicates updates to customers.
• Maintains strong customer satisfaction.
• Advises customers on car care per manufacturer specs.
• Follows safety policies and reports incidents.
