Qualifications

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and present complete repair estimates.
• Set expected completion times with customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls and manage appointments.
• Maintain CSI objectives and comply with warranty guidelines.

Responsibilities
