Job summary

Gwinnett Place Honda in Duluth, GA is seeking a Service Advisor responsible for selling, identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and repairs for customers, and for scheduling service visits.

You will advise customers on necessary and recommended services, compute estimates for parts and labor, enter and explain estimates, and maintain a clean, organized service area while meeting CSI standards. Regular attendance and teamwork with technicians are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or service industry is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to understand repair estimates and explain options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle as requested.
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains it to customer.
• Schedules appointments with customer.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
