Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with automotive service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and communicate work orders to technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Advise customers on needed services and repairs with clear explanations.
