Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role.
• Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and customer focus.
• Familiarity with automotive service software and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs professionally.
• Schedule appointments and communicate work orders to technicians.
• Advise customers on necessary services with clear explanations.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain authorization before repairs.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and any changes to the estimated completion time.
