Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. The role emphasizes exceptional customer experiences, consultative sales, and driving revenue growth.

You will guide customers from the initial appointment to vehicle delivery, ensuring transparent communication and tailored service recommendations, while working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, or performance goals.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service, or other high-volume, customer-facing environments.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers by listening to needs and delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets by identifying opportunities and converting service recommendations into approved work.
• Utilize consultative techniques to discover needs, communicate technician recommendations, and overcome objections.
• Oversee the customer journey from appointment scheduling through vehicle delivery, including updates and final handoff.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to ensure efficient workflow and accurate communication of repair needs.
• Manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
• Use shop management tools to stay organized and support a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver on customer commitments and foster repeat business through outstanding service.
