gobravvo is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in San Francisco to be the primary contact for customers pursuing vehicle maintenance and repairs, guiding them through the service journey from booking to delivery.

You will upsell services, meet sales targets, and build lasting customer relationships while working with technicians to ensure quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or performance goals.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service, or other high-volume customer-facing settings.
• Strong consultative selling: needs discovery, value building, objections, closing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customers seeking automotive service and repairs.
• Guide customers through the complete service journey from appointment to vehicle delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue objectives through recommended services and repairs.
• Communicate technician recommendations to customers and handle objections with value-led discussions.
• Manage repair orders, approvals, updates, and final handoff.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to ensure efficient workflow.
• Track and respond to performance metrics for growth and adjustments.
