gobravvo is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Burlingame, CA to guide customers through the service process and translate technician recommendations into actionable options. This full-time role emphasizes building trust, driving sales, and delivering a transparent, high-quality service experience.

You will manage multiple requests, coordinate with technicians, and use shop management tools to coordinate appointments, repairs, and communications.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, or performance goals in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service, or a similar high-volume setting.
• Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, value building, objection handling, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their automotive needs and setting clear expectations.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets by identifying opportunities for additional service work.
• Communicate technician recommendations to customers and address any questions or concerns.
• Overcome objections and close sales using consultative selling techniques.
• Manage the customer journey from initial contact to final vehicle delivery, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop leadership to keep service operations running smoothly.
• Maintain organized records of repair orders, approvals, updates, and customer communications.
• Deliver on customer commitments and follow through on every interaction.
