Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive service, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong consultative selling skills including discovery, value-building, objection handling, and closing.
• Ability to develop rapport quickly and build trust with customers.
• Comfort working with measurable KPIs and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored service solutions.

• Handle multiple active repair orders in a high-volume environment with accuracy and follow-through.
